What to Expect from Your Professional Headshot Session

Knowing what to expect helps you feel confident and prepared for your session. Whether this is your first headshot or you're updating your personal brand, here’s how the process works from start to finish.

1. Pre-Session Planning

Once you book, I’ll send you a short questionnaire to better understand your goals, profession, and preferred style. I’ll also provide tips on wardrobe, grooming, and how to get camera-ready — so you feel confident walking into your session.

2. Comfortable, Guided Photo Session

Your headshot session will last around 30–45 minutes and can be done in-studio or on-location. I’ll guide you through natural posing and expressions so we capture images that feel professional, approachable, and authentic to you.

3. Image Selection & Editing

Within a few days, you’ll receive a proofing gallery to choose your favorite shots. From there, I’ll fully retouch and deliver 5+ high-resolution, professionally edited headshots.

4. Fast Delivery & Usage Rights

Your final images will be delivered within 3–5 business days via a private online gallery. You’ll receive both web and print-ready files, with usage rights for LinkedIn, websites, resumes, portfolios, and social media.
